hi! i am in my early 20s and looking to go on a big trip, either solo or with a friend depending on what my plan is. however i get rather carsick easily and feel very queasy when in a bus/car for too long, so i was wondering what some of the best cities are for someone who prefers walking/short bus or car trips? i visited greece (my first time out of the US!) a couple of months ago, and the bus rides to the countryside and to/from the airport had me suffering, so bonus points if the major areas of the city aren’t far from the airport (such as the case in athens, greece). i don’t actually mind planes as much, so the length of the plane ride makes little difference to me, and i am looking for any international suggestions- i am interested in researching many different options. i especially appreciate recommendations for destinations which are affordable and safe for younger travelers. thanks so much for any advice!
