Hello! I will be traveling to Puerto Plata soon and was wondering what is the best way to travel? I will be staying at a resort but my resort doesn’t offer private shuttles. I’ve emailed them to ask if we can reserve a driver through them but unfortunately they never responded. I’ve seen so many TikTok’s about how in Puerto Plata, DR the uber drivers are shady and will charge you extra off the books. I am honestly just looking for a driver that can pick me up from the airport and drop off at the resort then vice versa! Please let me know guys I’ve been having no luck finding a good company that is inexpensive or any reliable company’s
