Hi everyone!
We’re currently traveling through New Zealand. After visiting the Catlins (mentioned in my last post), we continued on to Te Anau and then explored both Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound.
For Milford Sound we drove ourselves and took a cruise through the fjord. Along the way we stopped at Mirror Lakes, walked the Lake Gunn Nature Walk, and checked out Monkey Creek.
For Doubtful Sound we joined a full-day tour where we first sailed across Lake Manapouri and were then driven to the boat that takes you into the fjord.
Both fjords were absolutely majestic, and I’m really glad we got to experience them both.
