Hello everything is fine ! I applied for my ESTA on 02/31/25 with my Italian passport, I have dual citizenship, I live in Italy, however, in question 7 if there has ever been any impediment to entering the USA, I answered yes, since I had a visa application denied in 2013, on the Brazilian passport, due to lack of ties.
My doubt is whether my ESTA will be approved, as I have seen several people who had similar problems and had their ESTA approved, but my request has been pending authorization for days, that is, 7 days, I have already tried calling support, but there is no option to speak to an attendant!
