Should there be a confirmation email after paying for Indian e-visa?

Hi everyone! I paid for my India e-visa application (used the official gov site), the site confirms I have paid and the money has left my account. However, I never recieved a confirmation email of payment, should there be one?

Also - attached image, there was some issue with the payment portal timing out (still paid) so when I check it says "fail" for payment but below says it's paid + the money has definitely left my account.

Any insight would be much appreciated!
