Seeking recommendations for a few trips in 2026, solo.

Looking for solo travel recommendations for 2026

Hi, I hope you all are doing well. I want to do a few trips next year(5-10) and visit new countries and states. I am a US citizen, for visa info.

I would like to go to warm places during the winter months at the beginning and end of the year. I don’t mind long flights. Spring summer and early fall don’t matter, I’m cool with cooler or hotter, but if it’s in the middle of August for example, not too hot.

I want to include a Europe interrail trip from east to west, ending in Portugal. I want to go back to Asia. Maybe central/South America. Definitely want to see US cities and national parks.

Ive been to SoCal, Miami, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, England, Bulgaria, Turkey, Egypt, the UAE, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana+Alberta(all 4 for Yellowstone/Grand Teton/Glacier, Banff)

I’d like to avoid returning to these places unless it’s just for a brief stay of 1-2 days or fewer to transit through and experience a little bit of.

Some of the things I liked and disliked for a better idea: I liked the vibe of Orange County California and the culture and food were great, beaches too. Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo were beautiful cities, with good food. I didn’t care much for London but the English countryside was amazing. I like Paris but I’ve never been anywhere else in the country so I don’t mind seeing places like the South and even experiencing Monaco. I loved the national parks up north. Egypt was very cool but all the traffic and heat and noise and people asking for money got bothersome. Everything about Switzerland was great, beautiful cities and nature + mountains and countryside, food, culture, and public transport. I loved the architecture of Eastern Europe especially Soviet style like they have in Bulgaria and want to see more in different countries.

I’m not worried about budget, if it doesn’t work out I won’t partake in that particular adventure until I have the means.

Thanks for all the help!
