Hello everyone! I’m preparing for an upcoming trip and I’m considering getting travel insurance. I’ve been reading a lot online and noticed mixed experiences some people say claims are processed quickly, while others mention delays or extra paperwork.
I’d love to hear from anyone who has actually filed a claim before: how long did it take, was the process smooth, and did the coverage meet your expectations? I’m currently looking at Pacific Cross, but I’m open to hearing about other providers as well.
My main concern is having peace of mind while traveling, especially if something unexpected happens abroad. I’m trying to understand how reliable the claims process is, how clear the instructions are, and whether there are any common pitfalls to watch out for.
