3 day trips starting from vancouver
Day 1: seattle downtown, pikes market, uwajimaya japanese market, mochithings.
Day 2: woke up at 3am to drive up to mount rainer (took around 2h) and got there around 5:30am. The line was forming at the gate already. By 6:30am the parking lot was full already at the paradise trail. Went to reflection lake right before sun rise for the perfect reflection photo.
The trail was filled with wild animals at sun rise. Black bear, deers, pika, marmot, stellers jay, chipmonks.
Day 3: leavanworth. Took another 4h to drive up tothe small german town to feed reindeers and try some of the traditional german food. A pretty cute little town especially in winter time when it snows.
Total km driven was adound 1200km and honestly just mount rainer was worth the drive. Probably my favorite national park by far.
