Transportation: It took a long bus ride from Chengdu/Shangri-La, but the scenery along the way was incredible.
Best part: Seeing the three sacred mountains (Chenrezig, Jambeyang, and Chanadorje) clear of clouds.
Tip: If you're planning to go, bring plenty of oxygen and start your hike as early as possible.
