My husband and I are trying to decide where to go for our first trip to Asia! Our short list includes Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Bali, or maybe some combination of these. We’ve never been to that corner of the world!
A little about us: We’re in our late 50s/early 60s and are in good shape. We enjoy easy hikes, city vibes, casual restaurants, pubs, anything art forward like museums and murals. We’re also excited to experience and learn about temples. We love baseball and are Shohei Ohtani fans (which is one reason Japan is at the top of the list!).
We’re not super adventurous in the sense that we prefer places that are easy to navigate and have plenty of people around rather than are more remote.
