Belfast, Northern Ireland is a VIBE

This is my second trip to the UK, and I‘d have to say that Belfast reminds me a bit of Glasgow. A city with a rough and tumble history but in the modern day it’s filled with warm, cheerful people. And that “grit” now gives the city a real personality.

I visited some of the main attractions like the Titanic Museum and the Ulster Museum, both fantastic. Meals ran the gamut from pub fish & chips and sandwiches from Sawers, to more “elevated” meals like those at James Street restaurant.

My overall view may be a bit biased by the incredibly sunny, pleasant weather of the past week. The streets and parks were filled with people day and night and really contributed to the lively feel of the city.
