Spent 5 days in Baku and honestly didn't expect to like it this much.
Nizami Street and the Old City were easily my favorite parts. During the day it's nice, but after sunset the whole city feels different. Just walking around, grabbing coffee, sitting in random cafés or hookah spots... the vibes were unreal.
Food was great too. Didn't have a bad meal the whole trip. People were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better.
Overall it felt clean, safe, easy to walk around, and just... relaxing. Definitely one of the most underrated trips I've done. I'd go back without thinking twice.
