How many of you folks have arrived at the airport only to be told they couldn't fulfill your reservation?
I had that happened. Told a reservation only guarantees your rate and not a car. What the heck!!
Apparently the reservation system doesn't actually know how many cars a location has available.
I am Avis Preferred and rent alot of cars. Never knew my reservation didnt mean I actually get a car.
