I am writing this post seeking your input and ideas to plan my tour itinerary in your beautiful country (and possibly in a neighbouring country as well!).
In early March 2026, I will be travelling to Belgrade for a week long work trip. However, following my trip I have the opportunity to extend my stay for 4-5 days. I was seeking advice from this community on resources and ideas to help plan my trip.
I may also have downtime during the work week to explore Belgrade and surrounding areas in the afternoon/evening, so I would welcome any suggestions as well!
I am also curious on maybe travelling to an additional neighbouring country. Due the strength of the passport that I hold, unfortunately I do not think I will be able to secure a Schengen visa to visit those countries. But, I have heard that I can catch a train to Montenegro? Any tips on fitting this to my itinerary is also much appreciated. Any other Balkan neighbours you think is worth a visit?
