We had about 9 days in Georgia and, as is typical, I wish I had more. Tbilisi has a ton to offer and has a great subway system - it's cheap, loud, and fast; everything I love! While I wish we could've gotten a flight to Mestia, they were all booked so we went rented a car and went to the more popular location of Kahsbegi. That area amazingly photogenic and well worth it. It was not too touristy in September. We did take an organized one day wine tasting tour which was fun and tuned into drink as much as you please by the end. I've never done a wine tour before, but now the expectation in the future is unlimited drinks.
